Wind Master lighters are vintage, windproof lighters primarily produced by Brown & Bigelow in the 1950s and 1960s, with some models dating from the late 1920s to the 1970s. Known for their classic flip-top design, they were often made of chrome-plated brass, sometimes with leather or anodized aluminum finishes. Many feature unique engravings or advertisements for companies, making them collectible items. They are refillable, using standard lighter fluid, and were designed to work reliably in windy conditions, similar to Zippo lighters.
